We ship via UPS or USPS. Our standard fee for shipping and handling is $12.75. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping is available upon request and is subject to additional fees.

Lula ‘n’ Lee and AlmaLillie does not accept returns or offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another Lula ‘n’ Lee or AlmaLillie item equal to or greater than the item purchased.
Please notify Lula ‘n’ lee/AlmaLillie of your intent to exchange before shipping by emailing customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All exchanges must be received by Lula ‘n’ Lee/AlmaLillie within 7 days of the date you receive them.
Any item on sale or promotion is not eligible for exchange.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and be accompanied by LulanLee.com online proof of purchase.
We cannot exchange any items that look worn or unsaleable.
Customers are responsible for shipping exchanges at their own expense.

All Lula ‘n’ Lee/AlmaLillie jewelry is carefully inspected three times before being shipped. Upon receipt, you have 3 days to notify us if an item was damaged during transit. Please photograph the item in question and contact us via email email@example.com with photograph of damage (easily visible) attached and a request for a return authorization. Once we have reviewed the item in question, we will email you with the next step.
